The room was very good. It had all you need. Great bathroom. Excellent shower! and water presure. And great breakfast. Good location, easy to reach just by foot. We arrived from the port and leave by train.
Wi-fi connection was imposible to connect, it was free though.

Handy to the town centre, Palazzo Grande and immediately around the corner from the bus ticket office. Easy to go to Pisa for the day from here.
The hotel room was spotlessly clean, but a little outdated in its decor. The view from the room wasn't great, but we were only there for one night. It would have been nice to have had a kettle for hot drinks in the room.

I spent in Citta' 3 nights. I was satisfied with my room. Staff is very nice and helpful. They make very good coffee! Hotel is close to main street and bus stop. I can recommend this place for people, who comes to Livorno to make business or are travelling around Tuscany.
Breakfast is very simple and not diversified. But it is common in Italy. It can be loud if you get the room with the view on the market.

Good service. Breakfast time adapted to the guest needs, which is very nice: as a large number of guests spend one night before/after taking the ferries to the islands, the hotel staff serve breakfast from 6- 6.30 am on.
Too expensive for what it is. Old furniture, old design, smelly rooms. Is ok if you have to stay overnight to catch the early ferry, but the room rates are excessive.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, surrounded by a vibrant market area offering a true taste of Italy. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attention to detail like an extra wash basin for cleaning up after a day at the beach. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, even saving parking spots for guests who may need them.
No major issues, everything was ok.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was quiet and well-run. It is located just off a small plaza and not far from the area of the canals, and is well within walking distance to the port, ferry terminal, and many restaurants.
Breakfast is meager.

Mainly the location and parking space.
The hotel is a bit run down and aircon seems not working very well. The breadfast is just a piece of bread and a cup of coffee with limited choice.

The staff in this hotel was very friendly and amiable. The breakfast was like all continental breakfasts in the other hotels, but... When we were on the breakfast the staff very friendly and with smile on his face asked us "What would you like: a caffe, a cappucino or an americano?" After several minutes we had a good coffee and good croissant. result - good mood and smile on your face! P.S. Location - excellent.
